Annual General body meeting held on 11th July 2026
The Annual Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) was held on 11th July 2026 in our school with the enthusiastic participation of parents, teachers, and the outgoing PTA members. The meeting was graced by our Manager, Sr. Catherine Gonsalves, and Principal, Sr. Sheela Varkey.
The programme commenced with a meaningful Interreligious Prayer Service, invoking God's blessings on the school community. Prayers, readings, and reflections from different faith traditions highlighted the values of unity, peace, mutual respect, and gratitude. The prayer service reminded everyone that parents and teachers share the common responsibility of nurturing children into responsible, compassionate, and value-based individuals.
The minutes of the previous Parent-Teacher Meeting were read and confirmed. This was followed by the presentation of the annual budget and expenditure report for the academic year, providing parents with a transparent overview of the school's financial planning and utilization of funds.
The outgoing PTA Executive Members were honoured with certificates of appreciation in recognition of their dedicated service and valuable contribution to the school. The occasion also celebrated the outstanding achievements of the Std. X Board Examination toppers, who were felicitated for their excellent academic performance.
Addressing the gathering, the Manager and the Principal encouraged parents to work closely with the school in the holistic development of their children. They stressed the importance of discipline, regular attendance, responsible use of technology, and spending quality time with children to strengthen family bonds and support their emotional and academic growth.
Following the general meeting, the class teachers met with the parents to discuss class-related matters and share important instructions for the academic year. Elections for the PTA representatives of each class were conducted through voting. The newly elected class representatives then assembled for a brief meeting to elect the office bearers of the PTA Executive Committee.

The meeting concluded on a joyful note with a group photograph of the newly elected PTA Executive Committee, followed by refreshments, marking the beginning of another year of fruitful collaboration between the school and parents.
